By air

Milos is connected with Athens by daily flights. The flight takes 30 minutes and the distance of the airport from Adamas is 4,5 km.

By sea

A frequent boat schedule to Milos from the port of Piraeus is scheduled daily during the summer months. The trip by high speed boat takes 3 hours without stop-overs, whereas it takes 4,5 hours when the boat stops also at the islands of the Western Cyclades (Kythnos, Seriphos and Siphnos). The non-stop trip by ferry-boat takes nearly 5 hours, while it takes almost 7 hours in case the boat calls also at the harbors of the other islands of the western Cyclades (Kythnos, Seriphos, Siphnos & Kimolos). During summer, there are schedules three-four times a week, connecting Milos with the islands of Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros, Santorini, Crete, as well as with islands of the eastern Cyclades.
